2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide:

• Name, display name, username, email address, phone number, and account identifiers.
• Birthdate or age-related information used for eligibility and safety controls.
• Profile information, interests, bio, social links, creator information, and account preferences.
• Messages, comments, reactions, room activity, playlists, saved content, reviews, and reports.
• Photos, videos, live camera or microphone content, reaction recordings, Moments, and other media you choose to create or upload.
• Room titles, descriptions, schedules, invitations, guest lists, and host settings.
• Products, store information, business information, creator catalog information, or commerce content you submit.
• Support messages, bug reports, safety reports, copyright notices, or other communications with FISTY.

3. Camera, microphone, reactions, and Step In

FISTY accesses your camera or microphone only when a feature that needs them is used and your device or browser grants permission.

Live-room participation may transmit camera, microphone, reaction, or processed video to other participants depending on the feature you activate.

Features such as Step Into the Video may process camera frames to create background removal, person segmentation, cutouts, lenses, effects, or overlays. Some processing may occur locally on your device, while authorized media or effects providers may process technical information required to operate their SDKs or services.

A private draft or reaction is not made public merely because it was created. Publishing or changing visibility requires the applicable FISTY sharing action.

4. Information collected automatically

When you use FISTY, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:

• Device type, operating system, browser, app version, and language.
• IP address and general network information.
• Session, authentication, security, and account-state information.
• Pages, rooms, features, buttons, and content you interact with.
• Watch duration, playback events, likes, dislikes, saves, room joins, and other engagement signals.
• Crash information, connection state, diagnostics, and performance information.
• Fraud, abuse, rate-limit, security, and moderation signals.

5. Rooms and social activity

Room activity can include room membership, host status, reactions, comments, queue votes, shared media, products, links, camera participation, and presence information.

Public rooms and public content may be discoverable by other FISTY users. Private rooms and restricted content are subject to the access controls provided by FISTY, but users you authorize to receive content may still capture or reshare what they can see.

6. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts.
• Operate rooms, synchronized playback, reactions, camera features, Step In, chat, invitations, and shared experiences.
• Personalize discovery, recommendations, feeds, creators, rooms, products, places, or content.
• Remember settings, saved content, privacy preferences, and account choices.
• Provide creator, business, commerce, subscription, purchase, payout, or promotional functionality.
• Detect spam, fraud, account abuse, security threats, or Community Guidelines violations.
• Respond to support requests, bug reports, copyright requests, safety concerns, and legal obligations.
• Measure reliability, performance, engagement, and feature usage.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and improve FISTY.

7. Recommendations and personalization

FISTY may use signals such as content interactions, watch activity, interests, follows, room activity, saves, likes, dislikes, and other engagement to organize or recommend content.

Recommendation signals may be used to improve organic discovery. The options available to you may evolve as FISTY adds additional controls.

8. Commerce and payments

Purchases, paid rooms, creator features, tips, gifts, subscriptions, connected shops, or other commerce services may involve payment processors, app stores, marketplace providers, sellers, or creator payout providers.

FISTY may receive transaction status, product identifiers, purchase amounts, entitlement information, connected-account status, or other information necessary to operate the transaction. Payment-card details may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by FISTY.

9. Third-party services and integrations

FISTY may integrate with third-party services for authentication, video, real-time rooms, camera effects, analytics, maps or places, commerce, payments, creator stores, streaming providers, infrastructure, and other product functionality.

When you connect or use a third-party service, information may be shared with or received from that provider as needed for the requested feature. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

10. When information may be disclosed

FISTY may disclose information:

• To service providers that help operate FISTY.
• To other users when you intentionally make content or activity visible to them.
• To connected third-party services when you request an integration or transaction.
• To comply with law, legal process, court orders, or valid government requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of users, FISTY, or others.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

11. Location information

Some discovery, places, business, or nearby features may use location information when you choose to provide it or grant device permission.

FISTY may also infer an approximate region from network or device information for security, localization, or service operation. Exact device location permissions remain subject to your device and browser controls.

12. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The web experience may use cookies, browser storage, device identifiers, session storage, or similar technologies for authentication, room state, pending invitations, user preferences, security, performance, and feature continuity.

13. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, enforce safety and security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and meet legitimate business needs.

Retention periods can vary by data type. Some information may remain in backups, security logs, fraud records, payment records, or legal records after an account or content item is deleted where permitted or required by law.

14. Security

FISTY uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Protect your login credentials and notify FISTY if you believe your account has been compromised.

15. Your choices and controls

Depending on your account and location, FISTY may provide controls for:

• Profile visibility and social settings.
• Room invitations and Do Not Disturb preferences.
• Reaction or Moment visibility.
• Following and connection relationships.
• Camera and microphone permissions.
• Notifications or communication preferences.
• Account information and deletion requests.

16. Access, correction, deletion, and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing of your personal information.

Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, security requirements, and record-retention obligations.

17. Account deletion

Where account deletion is available, requesting deletion begins the process of removing or de-identifying information associated with the account, subject to legitimate retention needs described in this Policy.

Content that another user lawfully received, copied, or independently created may not disappear from that user's account when your account is deleted.

18. Age and eligibility

FISTY's current account experience is intended for adults age 18 or older unless FISTY expressly launches a different age-specific experience with the required protections and permissions.

Do not create an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements shown during sign-up.

19. International processing

FISTY and its service providers may process information in locations other than the country or state where you live. Where required, applicable legal safeguards may be used for transfers of personal information.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FISTY changes. Material updates may be communicated through the service or another appropriate notice. The effective date above identifies the current version.
