Data Choices
This page explains choices available for information, privacy, communications, social activity, camera and microphone access, account settings, and privacy requests on FISTY.
1. Your choices matter
FISTY is built around shared rooms and reactions, but you should have control over when you participate, what you share, and how your account interacts with other people.
Some controls are available directly in FISTY. Others are managed through your browser, operating system, app-store account, payment provider, or by contacting FISTY.
2. Account information
3. Profile and social privacy
Depending on the current feature set, FISTY may provide controls for profile visibility and social interaction.
Available controls may include:
- Following or unfollowing other accounts.
- Managing accepted social connections.
- Blocking another account.
- Removing a connection.
- Controlling room invitations.
- Using Do Not Disturb to reduce invitations or live nudges.
4. Room privacy
Even in a private room, other participants may be able to see, hear, record, photograph, or independently reshare information visible to them.
5. Camera and microphone choices
Camera and microphone access is controlled by your device, browser, or operating system.
- You can deny camera or microphone permission.
- You can revoke permission through browser or device settings.
- You can choose whether to activate supported live-camera features.
- You can turn off your camera when supported by the active room experience.
Certain features will not function without the permissions they require.
6. Step In and camera effects
Step Into the Video and related lens or effects features may require camera access and processing necessary to create your cutout, background removal, effects, or overlay.
Where FISTY presents a separate consent or provider-loading choice for a camera-processing feature, you may choose not to enable that feature.
7. Reactions and Moments
FISTY may support private reaction drafts and different visibility choices for reactions or Moments.
8. Invitations and notifications
FISTY may provide settings for room invitations, connection activity, creator activity, or other notifications.
Device-level push notification settings can generally be changed through your operating system.
Email or other communication preferences may also be controlled through unsubscribe mechanisms where provided or by contacting FISTY for applicable requests.
9. Location choices
If a FISTY feature requests precise device location, you may allow or deny that permission using your browser or device controls.
You may also be able to grant approximate rather than precise location depending on your operating system.
Some location, places, or nearby features may not work fully when location permission is disabled.
10. Discovery and recommendation signals
FISTY may use interactions such as watches, saves, likes, dislikes, follows, room activity, interests, and similar engagement signals to help organize and recommend content.
You can influence future recommendations by changing the actions you take, your follows, interests, saved content, and other available preference controls.
11. Browser storage and cookies
FISTY's web experience may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, room continuity, pending invites, security, preferences, and product functionality.
Your browser may allow you to block or clear those technologies. Doing so may sign you out, remove saved local preferences, interrupt pending room links, or cause some features to stop working correctly.
12. Connected services
If you connect FISTY to a third-party account, creator store, seller account, authentication provider, payment service, or other integration, that provider may offer controls for disconnecting access or managing its own data.
Disconnecting a provider does not necessarily delete historical FISTY records that must be retained for security, transactions, disputes, legal obligations, or other legitimate purposes.
13. Purchases and payment information
Payment methods may be managed by the payment provider, marketplace, app store, or financial service used for the transaction.
FISTY may retain records such as transaction identifiers, purchase status, entitlements, amounts, refunds, payouts, or other transaction information where necessary to operate and document the service.
14. Creator and seller choices
Creators, businesses, and sellers may be able to manage connected stores, creator profiles, social links, promotional content, products, paid-room settings, and other creator or commerce preferences.
Some payment or payout information must be managed through the applicable payment provider.
15. Accessing your information
Depending on the features available and applicable law, you may be able to view information directly through your profile, saved content, rooms, account preferences, or other FISTY screens.
For information not available through the product, you may submit a request to watch@fistyapp.com.
16. Correcting information
You may correct editable account information using available profile or account controls.
Certain information may not be directly editable when changes could undermine account security, age eligibility, fraud prevention, payment records, or legal obligations.
17. Deleting your account
Where account deletion is available in the product, you may use that process to request deletion.
If you cannot locate the appropriate account control, contact watch@fistyapp.com from the email address associated with the account when possible.
Some information may be retained after deletion when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, backup integrity, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.
18. Content deletion
Deleting your account and deleting individual content are not always the same process.
Where available, use the applicable delete control for reactions, drafts, Moments, posts, room content, or other material you no longer want associated with your account.
Copies independently created or lawfully retained by other users may not be removed from those users' devices or accounts.
19. Privacy rights under applicable law
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights concerning personal information, which can include rights to:
- Know or access certain personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete certain personal information.
- Receive a portable copy of certain information.
- Limit or object to certain processing.
- Appeal certain privacy-request decisions where required.
These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
20. Sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising rights
Some privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” in specific ways.
If applicable law gives you a right to opt out of a covered activity that FISTY conducts, you may submit that request to watch@fistyapp.com.
FISTY will evaluate requests based on the processing actually performed, your jurisdiction, and applicable law.
21. Sensitive information
Do not unnecessarily post sensitive personal information in public rooms, profiles, comments, camera views, reactions, or other public surfaces.
If applicable law provides special rights concerning certain sensitive information processed by FISTY, you may contact us to exercise those rights.
22. Identity verification
FISTY may need to verify your identity before completing certain access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests.
Verification helps prevent someone else from obtaining, changing, or deleting your information without authorization.
23. Authorized agents
Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a privacy request for you, FISTY may request proof of the agent's authority and may also verify your identity directly where permitted.
24. Non-discrimination
FISTY will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.
Some features may necessarily become unavailable when the information required to provide them is deleted or processing permission is withdrawn.
25. Security and account protection
If you believe another person has accessed your account, change or secure your authentication credentials through the applicable sign-in provider and contact FISTY if further assistance is needed.
Never send FISTY your password, one-time authentication code, private payment credentials, or secret API keys in a support message.
26. Questions and privacy requests
For privacy or data-choice requests that cannot be completed directly through the product, contact:

Include enough information for us to understand your request, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
