Put your live cutout over the shared video. Wave, point, dance or react inside the content. For full body, place the phone far enough back that your head, hands and feet are inside the camera frame.
Background segmentation runs in your browser on your device. FISTY reuses your existing room camera; it does not open a second physical camera. When you choose Step Into Video, FISTY publishes a processed color track plus a low-resolution silhouette mask so everyone in the room can place your cutout over the same shared video. MediaPipe says camera/video input stays on-device, while its Tasks runtime may send performance and utilization metrics to Google. When you record a FISTY Moment, your Persona output can be used as your reaction video.
