Community Guidelines

2. Where these Guidelines apply

These Guidelines apply across FISTY, including:

• Public and private rooms.
• Live cameras and microphones.
• Comments, messages, reactions, and flying emoji.
• FISTY Moments and reaction recordings.
• Profiles, bios, usernames, images, and social links.
• Step In, lenses, overlays, and camera effects.
• Creator content, Host Studio, and live events.
• Products, reviews, connected shops, and commerce experiences.
• Invitations, connections, follows, and other social interactions.

3. Harassment, bullying, and threats

Do not use FISTY to harass, intimidate, threaten, or target another person.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Repeated unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop.
• Coordinated harassment or encouraging others to target someone.
• Credible threats of violence or physical harm.
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual comments.
• Humiliating or degrading a person through targeted abuse.
• Using rooms, reactions, or camera features to stalk or intimidate someone.

4. Hate and dehumanizing conduct

FISTY does not allow content or behavior that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other status protected by applicable law.

5. Sexual exploitation and non-consensual content

Do not upload, stream, request, threaten to share, or distribute:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Sexually exploitative material.
• Hidden-camera sexual content.
• Sexual content involving coercion or lack of consent.
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

Sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

6. Adult sexual content

FISTY is not a pornography service. Pornographic or explicitly sexual content is not permitted in public discovery, public rooms, profiles, Moments, creator promotion, or commerce surfaces.

Do not use FISTY to solicit sexual services, distribute explicit sexual media, or expose other users to sexual content without consent.

7. Violence and dangerous conduct

Do not use FISTY to:

• Make credible threats of serious violence.
• Celebrate or encourage real-world violent attacks.
• Coordinate violent criminal activity.
• Promote dangerous acts likely to cause serious physical injury.
• Share graphic violence primarily to shock, glorify, or intimidate.

Documentary, educational, newsworthy, or awareness content may be treated differently depending on context.

8. Self-harm and suicide

Do not encourage, glorify, instruct, or pressure another person to engage in suicide or serious self-harm.

Supportive discussion, recovery experiences, and help-seeking conversations are allowed when they are not promoting harmful behavior.

9. Privacy, doxxing, and personal information

Do not expose another person's sensitive personal information without authorization.

This includes, where applicable:

• Home addresses or precise private locations.
• Passwords, authentication codes, or account credentials.
• Private financial information.
• Private phone numbers or email addresses shared maliciously.
• Government identifiers or other highly sensitive records.

Remember that people in a room may be able to see or hear what appears in your camera or microphone feed.

10. Impersonation and deceptive identity

Do not impersonate another person, creator, business, organization, or public figure in a deceptive way.

Fan, parody, or commentary accounts should make their nature clear when confusion is reasonably likely.

11. Fraud, scams, and manipulation

FISTY does not allow:

• Phishing or credential theft.
• Payment or investment scams.
• Fake giveaways or deceptive promotions.
• Fraudulent product listings or seller identities.
• Artificial manipulation of reviews, reactions, followers, or engagement.
• Misleading claims designed to cause financial loss.

12. Spam and platform abuse

Do not:

• Mass-send unwanted invitations, messages, links, or promotions.
• Use automated systems to create fake engagement or accounts.
• Flood rooms, comments, reactions, or queues to disrupt other users.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, bans, room locks, or moderation tools.
• Distribute malware, malicious scripts, or harmful downloads.

13. Copyright and third-party media

Share only content you have the right to use. Bringing a video, website, product, stream, or other third-party source into FISTY does not transfer ownership or licensing rights to you.

Do not unlawfully rebroadcast, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use copyrighted material.

Copyright complaints should follow the FISTY Copyright Policy.

14. Rooms and hosts

Room hosts have additional responsibility for the environment they create.

Hosts should:

• Use public or private room settings appropriately.
• Remove or restrict disruptive participants when necessary.
• Avoid knowingly encouraging prohibited behavior.
• Respect rights and access restrictions for shared media.
• Clearly communicate sponsored or commercial activity when required.

FISTY may lock, restrict, or end a room when necessary for safety, security, rights protection, or policy enforcement.

15. Cameras, Step In, and reaction features

Do not use cameras, Step In, lenses, background removal, overlays, screenshots, recordings, or reaction tools to deceive, harass, exploit, or violate another person's privacy.

Do not represent manipulated or edited media as authentic evidence when doing so would materially mislead people about a real person or event.

16. Creator and promotional content

Creators must accurately represent sponsorships, promotions, paid endorsements, affiliate relationships, and other material commercial connections when disclosure is required.

Creators may not use FISTY promotion tools to advertise prohibited, fraudulent, illegal, or deceptively marketed products or services.

17. Shopping, products, and reviews

Product reviews and recommendations should reflect genuine experiences or opinions.

Do not:

• Submit fake reviews.
• Coordinate review manipulation.
• Misrepresent product authenticity.
• Misrepresent your relationship to a seller or product.
• Use FISTY commerce tools to facilitate unlawful transactions.

FISTY community signals, comments, reviews, and reactions are not a guarantee that a product or seller is genuine, safe, or suitable.

18. Illegal activity

Do not use FISTY to plan, promote, facilitate, or knowingly participate in illegal activity.

FISTY may restrict content or accounts where necessary to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process.

19. Reporting a problem

If you see content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, use the available report tools when possible.

Reports may include safe technical information that helps FISTY review the issue. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information in reports.

20. Blocking and personal safety controls

FISTY may provide tools such as blocking, invitation controls, room privacy, Do Not Disturb, host removal, room bans, and other safety controls.

Use these controls when you do not want another person to interact with you or invite you to rooms.

21. Enforcement

Depending on the nature, severity, context, and history of a violation, FISTY may:

• Remove or restrict content.
• Reduce distribution or discovery.
• Issue warnings.
• Restrict camera, comments, commerce, creator, or room functionality.
• Remove a participant from a room.
• Lock or end a room.
• Suspend or terminate an account.
• Preserve or disclose information when legally required.

22. Context matters

Not every difficult or controversial discussion violates these Guidelines. FISTY may consider context such as newsworthiness, education, documentary value, satire, counterspeech, public-interest discussion, artistic expression, and whether content condemns or promotes harmful conduct.

23. Changes to these Guidelines

FISTY may update these Guidelines as the platform, safety tools, and community evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
